Deora gets the blues for Delhi

The Capital was in for a ‘power-packed’ Tuesday night, when 34-year-old Lok Sabha MP Milind Deora took to the guitar at Turquoise Cottage in Adhchini. The Mumbai-based politician (far left in pic) performed with a ‘hardcode Blues setup’ called Tightrope. "I thought of introducing audiences to Blues and soul classics, and I’m glad it’s working out," he said. A regular on the Mumbai music scene, Deora has also performed with Blues legend, Buddy Guy. "It’s great to see a young MP and a bluesman rolled into one," said Nihira, who came to watch the gig.
