Lata to get KL Saigal award

Legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar will be awarded her second K.L Saigal award, organised by Savitri Vikas Samiti in Delhi. The award ceremony will be held in the capital on November 17 at Siri Fort Auditorium.

Mangeshkar, who is also a Bharat Ratna awardee, will be presented the award by composer Padma Bhushan M.Z Khayyam. The 82-year-old, whose career has spanned more than six decades, will also be felicitated with a lifetime achievement award along with her brother Hridyanath Mangeshkar.
