After the elevator brawl between popstar Beyonce Knowles’ sister, Solange and hubby Jay Z, Beyonce has made a very strong reference to the incident in her new track (Flawless). The Single Ladies hit maker goes on to sing “Of course sometimes sh*t go down, when it’s a billion dollars on an elevator”. Also read:

Not very subtle, eh? Most of the time in real-time life, musicians maintain silence about their personal life, but they often blurt their heart out in their songs. After his wife Paula Patton left him, the Blurred Lines hitmaker was dedicated to get her back into his life. So much so, the singer after dedicating a song, dedicated the entire album to her. The video shows Thicke all battered and bruised, and also shows text messages shared between him and his wife. One reads "You drink too much" and another, "You embarrassed me".

Ed Sheeran

Don’t (July 2014)

It was reported that the singer went on to write the song about his rumoured girlfriend Ellie Goulding when the latter was believed to have shared a kiss with another singer while on tour. Ed Sheeran was quoted in an interview as saying, "If you date a songwriter, be prepared to have songs written about you. ‘If you do nice things, you’ll have nice songs. And if you do f*****-up things, you’ll get a horrible song." The song is a must listen, as Shreeran has not really been discreet in it (about the incident) at all.
