British rock band The 1975's singer, Matthew Healy, has come down heavily on boy band One Direction, accusing them of copying their style of music.

A source in the music industry claims that 26-year-old singer, who is the son of Denise Welsh and Tim Healy, has been slating the to pals, the Daily Star reported.

The source asserted that Healy has had a right old rant about sounding like his band The 1975 and he had told several close mates about how wound up he was by the situation.

An insider told The Sun that Healy felt like Harry Styles and the boys have pinched The 1975's very unique sound.
