NAGPUR: The Nagpur bench of Bombay high court granted an ad-interim bail to senior Congress leader and ex-MLA from Chimur assembly constituency in Chandrapur district, Dr Avinash Warjurkar, in the case of the alleged rape of his former business partner. A woman from Nagpur had alleged that Warjurkar raped her at gunpoint at a hotel in Bhandara.
