NEW DELHI: A former senior army officer was on Tuesday held guilty by a special court here in a 2007 case for amassing assets worth Rs 2.22 crore disproportionate to his known sources of income. Special CBI judge Vinod Kumar convicted Anand Kumar Kapur, former Major General, south western command, Jaipur, and fixed the matter for tomorrow for hearing arguments on quantum of sentence.
