BAREILLY: The hearing of the revision petition seeking permission for medical termination of pregnancy (MTP) of a teen rape survivor will be held in Allahabad high court on August 27, said the family counsel. The girl, who is 14, was allegedly raped repeatedly by a man in her village on the pretext of marriage. She is 30 weeks pregnant now. Her plea for MTP was first declined by lower court and then by fast track court in Bareilly.
