ALIGARH: Entertainment tax officials on Thursday detained two cable operators, Anwar Ali and Alauddin of Nagla Qila, for broadcasting banned Pakistani channels. The action was taken following a ban on Pakistani channels by the information and broadcasting ministry. On receiving a tip-off, a team of officials raided a house in Nagla Qila and found the two cable operators airing Pakistani channels ‘Q’ and ‘PTV’.
