Bail plea of Rocky’s father rejected

GAYA: The bail petition of Bindeshwari Prasad Yadav, the father of Rocky Yadav, the prime accused in the Aditya Sachdeva murder case, was rejected by a local court

GAYA: The bail petition of Bindeshwari Prasad Yadav, the father of Rocky Yadav, the prime accused in the Aditya Sachdeva murder case, was rejected by a local court in Gaya on Tuesday. Additional chief judicial magistrate Om Sagar rejected the petition after hearing both prosecution and defence. Rocky’s mother, Manorama Devi, who was suspended by the JD(U), also did not get bail after the hearing was postponed to May 27.
