VARANASI: Five men on two motorcycles shot dead a block development committee (BDC) member and a constable in Jaunpur on Monday. The incident took place when the two were on way to Varanasi in an Alto car. Five men on two black Pulsar motorcycles surrounded the car and opened indiscriminate fire on them.
