NEW DELHI: The CBI on Friday arrested an under-secretary working with the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), Delhi, for allegedly demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs 15, 000 from a colleague. The arrested person, Hari Ram, allegedly demanded and accepted the bribe from a junior colleague to dispose of a complaint against the latter in his favour, said a CBI spokesperson.
