BAREILLY: A government doctor, who is charged with attempt to murder, has approached UP governor Ram Naik with a complaint against senior SP leader and UP minister Azam Khan. He has accused Khan of “abusing and assaulting him” in Rampur. Doctor Mukut Lal of the district hospital in Rampur reportedly denied a bed to a female patient who was the mother of Khan’s neighbour. “Last Sunday, the minister assaulted and abused me,” alleged Dr Lal.
