Gangjee recovers at Wichita Open; Shiv slips in Cologne

Rahil Gangjee went through a roller-coaster third round, carding a three-over 74 in the Preferred Health Systems Wichita Open on Saturday.

Rahil Gangjee went through a roller-coaster third round, carding a three-over 74 in the Preferred Health Systems Wichita Open on Saturday.

Gangjee, with four birdies, three bogeys and two doubles, is now one-under for three days at the Crestview Country Club.

Gangjee had a tough start with a bogey on third, but that was neutralised by a birdie on fourth. But two bogeys on the seventh and eighth followed by a double on the ninth saw him turn in four-over.

Kapur finishes T23
Cologne (Germany): Shiv Kapur carded an even par round at the BMW International Open on Sunday to finish tied 23rd. While going to the press, Australia's Marcus Frazer and England's Danny Willett were engaged in a play-off for the top prize.

Nicollet misses cut
Prague (Czech Republic): Sharmila Nicollet carded a five-over 77 and missed the cut at the Raiffeisenbank Prague Golf Masters in Prague.

Sharmila, who is playing her rookie year on the Ladies European Tour, has now missed six cuts in a row.
