The two, including a woman were residents of Chandparna village, had died a couple of days ago at the PHC.
Kumar asked principal secretary (health) Amarjeet Sinha to investigate under what circumstances that the two, including a woman, died after the injection.
He instructed that the guilty should be identified for taking appropriate action.
Ruling JD(U) legislator Manjeet Kumar Singh, who visited Chandparna village yesterday to meet the bereaved families, had drawn Kumar's attention to the deaths and medical negligence at the PHC.
