Sameera Reddy is a strong advocate for self-love and body positivity. In one of her Instagram posts, the actor spoke about body positivity and wrote, "Dear Stretch marks, I used to to fear you ,hate you ,be embarrassed by you but the day I embraced you ,wore you as my armour and loved you as my tiger stripes.. Illeana D’cruz has been open about her struggles with body image and self-esteem. In interviews, Illeana has spoken about how she used to feel insecure about her body and how she would constantly compare herself to others.
