Our mind and body are not always in the sync. We often get into the job life or into studies or get inducted into the drill so much that we forget to take care of our bodies and our health. So much so, that we even misread the signs sent to us by our bodies. Sometimes our bodies communicate to us through pains, stress signs, but we often do not listen. But the right way to strike a balance between a healthy and a busy life is to not ignore the signs.(Unsplash)
