Boundaries are extremely important for our mental and emotional health. Healthy boundaries help us to know what we want and what we do not. "Honouring your boundaries does not mean abandoning your relationships. Striking a balance between personal boundaries and others’ needs creates a healthier and more sustainable social dynamic, promoting both individual growth and collective well-being," wrote Therapist Israa Nasir.(Unsplash)
