PMS or Premenstrual Syndrome is the combination of emotional and physical symptoms that are experiences by women especially a few days or weeks before menstruation. However, with a proper lifestyle and diet, the symptoms can be reduced. Nutritionist Anjali Mukerjee wrote, "Try this for two months and see if your next period is better. Your cramps will reduce, your energy level will pick up- even during those days-and as an added incentive, you will have lost a few kilos," as she shared a few tips.(Unsplash)
