PMS or Premenstrual Syndrome is the combination of emotional and physical symptoms that are experiences by women especially a few days or weeks before menstruation. However, with a proper lifestyle and diet, the symptoms can be reduced. Nutritionist Anjali Mukerjee wrote, "Try this for two months and see if your next period is better.
