On the fashion radar: The Good, the Bad, the Ugly

The ugly: Vidya Balan at a film screening on April 16. If Vidya swapped the flared pants for a churidar, that may have been nice. At present, it makes her look too heavy and unkempt. We can’t digest the veteran actor’s look in this sugary confection. The good: Kangana Ranaut at a film event on April 14. If anyone could pull off white sports shoes with that dress, it’s Kangana. We do wish the dress were shorter, but we admire her effort to change things nonetheless. The bad: Bruna Abdullah at a fashon show on April 17. We don’t mind the crop top and skirt as separates, but together, they make for a rather forced, jarring combination that Bruna fails to pull off.
