Sleep anxiety is the type of anxiety that happens when a person feels that he/she will not get adequate rest. This further leads to difficulty in falling asleep or having a sound sleep. "It often involves a cycle of worrying about the consequences of sleep deprivation, which in turn can further hinder the ability to relax and get a peaceful night’s rest.
