Photos: Maharashtra records 14,317 new Covid cases; districts under lockdown

Maharashtra recorded 14,317 new cases of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) on March 11, the highest since October 8, 2020. District administrations of Nagpur and Panvel announced lockdowns in wake of the rising cases. Meanwhile, Maharashtra also recorded its highest single-day numbers in vaccination on March 11 after it inoculated 228,550 beneficiaries, taking the tally to 2,354,261. Maharashtra's Covid-19 tally stands at 106,070 active cases and 52,667 deaths.
