Sub-divisional magistrates and deputy superintendents of police were made official members while the non-official members were to be nominated from among the freedom fighters, ex-servicemen, Scheduled

Castes and Scheduled Tribes and representatives of various political parties. The names of non-official members have not been notified till date. Sources said the deputy commissioner has sought a new list of members.
