Two people were killed and three injured in a road accident at Jeeva Arai village under Guruharsahai sub division of Ferozepur district on Tuesday night.
As per information, Ajmer Singh, along with Gurbhej Singh, Paramjit Singh, Amritpal Singh and Baldev Singh, all residents of Jalandhar, had come to meet their relatives in Jalalabad on Tuesday.
When they were returning to Jalandhar in their Bolero (PB-08-CH-6348), the driver lost control of the vehicle, following a turn near Jeeva Arai village on the Ferozepur-Fazilka road. As a result, the vehicle overturned and all of its occupants sustained serious injuries. They were rushed to Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital, Faridkot, where Mahinder Singh and Gurbhej Singh died while the rest are being given medical treatment.
