AAP appoints Naresh Walia as district president

Attempting to strengthen the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) at the grassroots level, member Naresh Walia, was appointed as the district in charge of the outfit, on Saturday.

Announcing this at a party meet, personal assistant to MP Harinder Singh Khalsa, Avtar Singh, said that Walia was a dedicated person who had worked hard to ensure Khalsa's victory.

Walia assured the party leadership and the workers that he would try to fulfill the aspirations of the party besides helping the people of his area.
