Welcoming the decision of the Punjab and Haryana High court quashing the appointment of chief parliamentary secretaries of Punjab, AAP’s Punjab affairs in-charge Sanjay Singh said on Saturday that the appointments were illegal and the Parkash Singh Badal government wasted public money to please people of the SAD-BJP alliance.
