The page contains details of AROs in various assembly segments of the district besides the dos and don'ts of the code of conduct, pictures and messages inspiring the youth to exercise their franchise.

Besides, the district administration would soon upload three specially-composed motivational audio-video songs on YouTube, said district election officer-cum-deputy commissioner Ravi Bhagat.

"The lyrics of these songs make an appeal to the young voters to uphold the dignity of the democracy by exercising their hard-earned right to vote," he said.

Bhagat said that a specially-designed van titled 'Election Express-Systematic Voters Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) Awareness Rath', having a projector and a motivational video CD featuring poll-related songs as well as clippings of the Election Commission of India (ECI), has been prepared to encourage the people to vote.

"The clippings are designed to showcase that women and youth are a very important section of the franchise. The van will cover the rural areas, such as suburbs, as well as urban pockets of the city such as colleges and malls," the DC maintained.
