VB deputy superintendent of police Navjot Singh Sandhu said they laid the trap to catch the cop red-handed on the complaint of a Tarn Taran resident. The complainant, Kartar Singh of Guru Nanak Colony in Tarn Taran, told the VB that he bought a motorcycle from one Baljit Singh for Rs 60,000.
