Car runs over 11-year-old boy in city
An 11-year-old boy was run over by a car here on Sunday. Two others were injured in the accident.

An 11-year-old boy was run over by a car here on Sunday. Two others were injured in the accident.
In a complaint to the police, Sanjeev Kumar said, "When I, along with my family, was returning from Preet Nagar Nangali Bhatha on foot, a rashly driven car ran my son over, Abhishek, near Dayanand Nagar. My wife Renu and the daughter of my brother-in-law were also injured. Abhishek died on the spot.
The Sadar police have registered a case under Section 304-A of the IPC against Jagroop Singh, who was driving the Alto car.
