Desh Bhagat University signs MoU with Iraq

Desh Bhagat University signed a memorandum of Understanding(MOU) with Iraq. The MoU was signed between an Iraq delegation which included joint secretary for education, prime minister's office, Iraq, Hussain Taher Naser, chief advisor Zain Karim, principal advisor Ali Hussain Ali, chief technical advisor Fadhil Sabah Abbas.

Desh Bhagat University signed a memorandum of Understanding(MOU) with Iraq. The MoU was signed between an Iraq delegation which included joint secretary for education, prime minister's office, Iraq, Hussain Taher Naser, chief advisor Zain Karim, principal advisor Ali Hussain Ali, chief technical advisor Fadhil Sabah Abbas.

While welcoming the Iraqi delegation, chancellor of the university Zora Singh said that the aim of this educational exchange programme was to provide opportunities to the students and faculty of both countries to interact with each other on important international economic, social, cultural and educational issues.

Joint secretary for education, PMO, Hussain Taher Naser said that this MoU would strengthen the relations between both countries and students of both sides will get a chance to learn.

A cultural programme was also arranged on the occasion, in which university students performed bhangra and giddha.

Faculty and students of the university also interacted with the delegates on different topics, including leadership, management, knowledge capital, emerging trends in professional education and cultural matters.
