The former chairman of Punjab INFOTECK said, “What is the compulsion with Congress that Bhullar still continues to be the president?” “I pity the spineless leaders of Congress who are mum on this issue. Why no action is being taken against him? Is it the fear of losing money banks like Bhullar,” he added.
