The copies of the chargesheets were provided to the accused on Wednesday.

In her statement, the victim had narrated how she was kept forcibly in Chandigarh, Delhi, Goa and Kharar by the main accused and his accomplices by constantly threatening and terrorising her. She was molested and forced to remain silent as the accused threatened to cause harm to her parents.

The girl had also recorded that the accused got letters written by her and the photographs by pressuring and beating her up. By making these letters and photos public, police damaged her image, she said.

She added that she made two attempts to escape from the clutches of the accused, but both times she was caught by his aides and beaten up.
