Satinder Kumar, 40, and Mukesh Kumar, 20, rescued from the debris of the collapsed building and admitted at the Devi Talab Charitable hospital are yet to receive the compensation announced by the government.
Six victims have received compesation cheques of Rs 3,100 each.
"Mukesh and I are still under treatment and yet to receive a penny," said Satinder Kumar.
"I am unaware of why I have been left out. I have asked hospital authorities, but have only received vague responses."
Mukesh, who has a fractured arm, said: "I don't know the amount of compensation. Whatever compensation the administration wants to provide must be given as early as possible."
He said that they did not know whom to approach for compensation. Officials at the charitable hospital said that the health officials had given the list of victims brought to the hospital and said it was the district administration's call to distribute compensation.
Ashok Kumar, a clerk in the deputy commissioner's office, said the two patients' names do not figure in the list the administration was provided. "We have asked the administration at Devi Talab hospital management to send a fresh list of the two victims to civil surgeon's office."
However, civil surgeon Dr Avtar Chand said health officials had provided a complete list of victims of the factory collapse, including these two to the DC office. "In this case, Devi Talab hospital has not mentioned the nature of injuries sustained in the disaster, which I think probably, is the reason that they have not been provided compensation."

{{/usCountry}}"The two victims must get the nature of injuries suffered certified from the civil hospital. This, they can do themselves or the charitable hospital must do it for them. The administration could then provide them compensation, keeping in view the nature of injury," said Chand.
Deputy commissioner Priyank Bharti said that he would look in to the matter.
