Harpreet murder: Kamaljeet's kin alleges harassment by panchayat on behest of Bibi

Family of Kamaljeet Singh (Harpreet's husband) have alleged Begowal Nagar Panchayat of harassment. They said that the Panchayat has cut their water supply and stopped the borewell work. They also said that they fear threat to life on behest of Bibi Jagir Kaur.
