A team of the municipal corporation, Bathinda, (MCB) on Tuesday removed encroachments in the form of ramps constructed outside houses in Shant Nagar locality.
Executive engineer, MCB, Sandeep Gupta said a complaint was received during the sangat darshan programme of chief minister Parkash Singh Badal in Bathinda against these encroachments, which were hindering vehicular movement. He said four such ramps built in front of houses to facilitate vehicles' entry in the building complex were removed.
