India is “honoured and delighted” to welcome French President Francois Hollande, who will be the chief minister at the Indian Republic Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Sunday.
“A warm welcome to Hollande. We are honoured and delighted to have him as the chief guest for Republic Day celebrations,” Modi tweeted.
