Jat stir: Lahore-Delhi bus stopped at Fatehgarh Sahib
The Lahore-Delhi bus ---Sada-e-Sarhad --- was on Saturday stopped midway at Fatehgarh Sahib in Punjab by authorities as a precautionary measure in view of the ongoing Jat agitation in Haryana.

The Lahore-Delhi bus ---Sada-e-Sarhad --- was on Saturday stopped midway at Fatehgarh Sahib in Punjab by authorities as a precautionary measure in view of the ongoing Jat agitation in Haryana.
The bus travels runs between Lahore and Delhi every Saturday and stops at Sirhind for lunch. After crossing Sirhind, the bus has to pass through Haryana to reach Delhi.
“All seven passengers in the bus are safe and arrangements are being made for their safe travel,” said Fatehgarh Sahib senior superintendent of police (SSP) Jatinder Singh Khaira.
