Josh has denied the allegations.

They further claimed that the government had proposed an ITI for Dholbaha in 2011 under the National Skill Development Scheme for which the panchayat transferred four acres of land to the technical education department. But a few months later it was informed that the project had been shifted to Phambran, they added.

"In 2013, we were promised a government college for which the panchayat again committed to provide 10 acres of land to the education department. The PWD demarcated the land but ago we were told two weeks that the college will come up in Phambran instead Dholbaha," said sarpanch Ram Pal.

He said the villagers had been deceived twice.

Josh denied the allegations stating it was a mere co-incidence that the village selected for the educational institution belonged to her. She said the decision was taken by the department concerned and she had nothing to do with it.
