LCET organises blood donation camp

Ludhiana College of Engineering and Technology (LCET), Katani Kalan, organised a blood donation camp on its premises here on Saturday.

Ludhiana College of Engineering and Technology (LCET), Katani Kalan, organised a blood donation camp on its premises here on Saturday.

The camp was organised in association with Bhai Ghanaiya ji Mishan Sewa Society. A team of doctors from Dayanand Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) collected the blood in the camp. Students of the college participated enthusiastically in the voluntary blood donation camp.

LCET principal Dr Pawan Kumar said blood donation was a unique collaboration of modern medical science and humanity.

Institute director Dr JS Sohal said donating blood is the most important opportunity for saving someone's life.
LCET chairman VK Gupta congratulated the students for their enthusiasm.
