Man gets 10-year-jail for sexually abusing minor

A district court here has announced 10 years imprisonment to a 35-year- old man for sexually abusing a 10-year-old boy in Sangtiwala village of the district. The decision has come on the 47thday of the registration of the complaint.

Pronouncing the judgment additional sessions judge Vajinder Aggarwal also imposed a fine of ` 25,000 on the accused. On April 5, Lal Singh, father of the boy, filed a complaint in the Chajjali police station that Satgur Singh of the same village Sangtiwala has sexually abused his minor son.

Based on his complaint, the police arrested the culprit and submitted the medical report of the boy in the court.
