Several news articles appear in most of the local dailies that pertain to the corporation and its functioning. Most of these stories are critical in nature, highlighting the shortcomings of the corporation. Most of them are brushed under the carpet or are never noticed by the concerned wings of the corporation.

However, now these articles would not go unnoticed; Singh has taken cognisance of the issue and has directed the officials at the suvidha center to scan prominent newspapers and send the complaints therein be the concerned wing.

"I came across the fact that most of the articles concerning any official or wing of the corporation were going unattended. As a result I have asked the officials that these articles should be scanned so that we can assess the problems within the system," said Singh.
