Miscreants steal rehab drug from Jalandhar hospital
As per information the miscreants took away around 100 buprenorphine tablets from the ward.
Few unidentified persons struck at the oral substitution therapy(OST) centre of Shaheed Babu Labh Singh Civil Hospital in the wee hours on Saturday.

Despite a police post near the centre, the thieves opened the safe and stole the tablets.
The incident came to light in the morning when the hospital staff spotted the broken cupboard and informed the higher authorities of the heist.
Medical superintendent Dr Kanwaljit Singh Bawa along with others rushed to the spot and informed the police.
Bawa said that the incident is serious and a senior medical officer Dr Gurinderbir Singh has been deputed to conduct probe.
The medical superintendent said that the thieves did not see around 700 other tablets packed in a bag near the centre.
CCTV cameras were also installed in the centre.
