Moga bypoll: Joginderpal Jain leading by more than 4000 votes

The counting of the votes for Moga bypoll, held on February 23, began at 8 am this morning. After the second round of counting of votes in rural areas, SAD candidate Joginderpal Jain was leading by 4025 votes.
