Senior PCMS (Punjab Civil Medical Services) doctor Arvind Pal Singh got critically injured after an oxygen cylinder burst here on Saturday. Dr. Singh suffered serious eye injuries following which he was rushed to PGI, Chandigarh.

Renowned surgeon, Arvind Pal was attending an emergency case of cardiac patient at midnight in civil hospital, Fatehgarh Sahib and it is learnt that the cylinder burst due to technical problems in its functioning.
