The police custody of Pakistan national Chanda Khan, who claims to be a Salman Khan fan and was held for travelling without papers aboard Samjhauta Express on July 30, has been extended by five days.
The government railway police and other agencies are trying to find out the passport details of the woman.
Amritsar GRP station house officer inspector Dharminder Kalyan said, "As we are trying to find out more details in the case, an extension (in the police custody) was sought."
Chanda, 27, was nabbed from Attari-Delhi special train when she failed to produce any travel document during checking near Jalandhar.
The cops, who took her to the Attari railway station on Saturday, said the surveillance cameras had captured her on the station, but there was no record of her passport.
The woman had repeatedly been telling the investigating agencies that her passport was with her uncle Rashid Khan, who had travelled to India along with her.
When the woman was shown the CCTV footage, she failed to identify her uncle with whom she had claimed to have left her papers. The immigration, customs and police took her to various points at the station that receives the cross-border train from Wagah in Pakistan. She was also shown photographs of the Pakistani passengers in the hope to identify her uncle.

Later, she claimed she had come to India to pray at the Ajmer Sharif shrine to seek a child.
