Prez confers honoris causa on Afghan counterpart
Jalandhar: Afghanistan president Hamid Karzai received Lovely Professional University's first honoris causa degree (doctorate in social sciences), conferred by his Indian counterpart Pranab Mukherjee during the varsity's third convocation in Jalandhar on Monday.
