Announcing this in a statement here on Friday, Anil Joshi, local bodies minister, said tenders had been finalised by the purchase committee constituted by the department. In accordance with it, the work of fabrication and supplying of 96 multipurpose fire vehicles had been handed over to Hyderabad-based firm Sri Taikon.
