The Marathi film Sairat is performing outstandingly at the Box Office, collecting a whopping Rs 65 crores in three weeks.
Trade analyst Taran Adash recently tweeted, “Marathi film #Sairat does a whopping 65 cr+ nett biz in 3 weeks ... Enters Week 4 at more than 525 screens. ALL TIME BLOCKBUSTER!”
Earlier, the movie had collected Rs 41.11 crores, emerging as a blockbuster at the box office.

Notably, going by the tweet, the movie has entered its fourth week at more than 525 screens.
Directed by Nagraj Manjule, the film, which narrates the story of Parshya, a low-caste man, and Archie, the daughter of an upper caste landlord, who fall in love despite societal pressured, was released in India on 29 April 2016.
