Spice Girl star set to remarry

Melanie Brown, who has been dating Stephen Belafonte since her split from Eddie Murphy last year, is all geared up to wed for the second time.

Spice Girls star Melanie Brown is planning to marry boyfriend Stephen Belafonte.

Brown, who has been dating the film producer since she split from funny man Eddie Murphy last year, said she was ready to wed for a second time.

"He's the love of my life and I am going to marry him," contactmusic.com quoted her as saying.

She added that Belafonte has accepted her three-month-old daughter Angel Iris as his own child.

She said: "Stephen's been a godsend. Eddie hasn't been in touch once since I had the baby, it's unbelievable. But Stephen has been a tower of strength."
