WELLINGTON: Off-spinner Jeetan Patel has been recalled to the New Zealand team after a three-year absence as a replacement for injured Mark Craig, who has been ruled out of the remainder of the Test series against India. Craig injured his left side while bowling during the first Test at Kanpur. The 36-year-old Patel last played for New Zealand in 2013 but has regularly performed well for Warwickshire in the country championship.
